John Gray used to be a chef at the Ritz Carlton, and his eponymous restaurant has gained a cult following across the Riviera. The South Beach sensuous style digs (set against an actual jungle) make it a welcome change from the usual Mexican decor, but it’s the food, like rum bread vanilla ice cream dessert and the pork loin with a pungent Roquefort crust that really get our attention.
